KUALA LUMPUR: Pertubuhan Pribumi Perkasa Malaysia (Perkasa) has refiled its defamation claim against Minister in the Prime Minister's Department Tan Sri Joseph Kurup for allegedly implying that it is an extremist association which uses religion to cause violence.
Perkasa lead counsel Adnan Seman said the association has refiled the claim to strengthen its lawsuit.
