GEORGE TOWN: The Public Works Department (JKR) will implement additional safety measures to prevent traffic accidents at the scene where a bus had its roof ripped off when it crashed into a construction column in Bayan Lepas.
A JKR spokesman said the construction barrier, which was damaged during the accident yesterday, would be restored as soon as possible and more warning signs would be put up.
