KOTA BARU: PAS candidate Ahmad Fathan Mahmood@Mahamad has vowed to stay away from any underhand tactics to woo voters during the upcoming Chempaka state constituency by-election.

"I will use an Islamic approach synonymous with PAS policies. I will maintain respect for my contenders and avoid any underhand tactics to win the hearts of the voters," Ahmad Fathan said after filing his nomination papers on Tuesday.
