YONG PENG: All MCA district and local councillors in Johor have been directed to look into the issue of property assessment in the state, some of which have seen a whopping 7,500% increase.
Describing the huge increases as “ridiculous”, MCA deputy president Datuk Dr Wee Ka Siong said so far, there were about 4,000 complaints, mainly in Yong Peng.
