PETALING JAYA: The Education Ministry’s centralised university unit (UPU) online application portal is down because too many applicants are using the website, said Deputy Education Minister P. Kamalanathan.
“The ministry is currently trying to stabilise the system to meet the high volume,” he said when asked to comment.
