BENTONG: Any development programmes to be carried out at new villages should take into account the need to encourage youths to stay and contribute to their growth, says MCA president Datuk Seri Liow Tiong Lai.
He said that development programmes for new villages should not just be centred on physical aspects alone, such as lighting, drainage and roads.
