KLUANG: Defence Minister Datuk Seri Hishammuddin Tun Hussein says the proposed Anti-Terrorism Act is necessary to stop militants from operating in the country.
He said the threat of terrorist groups, in particular Islamic State, was real and they posed a danger to peaceful nations around the world.
