PASIR GUDANG: Wau-making is an art and one that should be learned and shared by people of all races in the country.

That is the opinion of Tan Cheng Hai, the village head of Mukim Labok in Machang, Kelantan, who said it was common to see a Chinese getting involved in making and flying the kite in his home state.
