PETALING JAYA: Malaysia’s diverse culture can help promote tourism, says MCA president Datuk Seri Liow Tiong Lai.

“Tourism in our country has been seriously affected by the two plane incidents last year. We see fewer foreign tourists, especially those from China,” Liow said in a statement after visiting pandas Xing Xing and Liang Liang at Zoo Negara yesterday. With him during the visit was Chinese ambassador to Malaysia Huang Huikang.
