PETALING JAYA: Former second warrant officer Muhammad Rizalman Ismail (pic), who is accused of assaulting a woman in New Zealand, made a brief appearance in a Wellington court Thursday, The New Zealand Herald reported.
Rizalman, 38, who was a defence staff assistant at the Malaysian High Commission, has been charged with burglary and assault with intent to commit sexual violation.
