PETALING JAYA: The nine-month extension given to Kidex Sdn Bhd by the Federal government to fulfil conditions in the concession agreement shows an abuse of executive powers, said the Say No To Kidex (SNTK) pressure group.
It was announced on Saturday that the Federal government has extended the concession agreement for the Kinrara-Damansara highway (Kidex) by nine months to Nov 14 2015. The agreement was to expire on Sunday (Feb 15.)
