Late tycoon wanted MCA to persevere, says Wee

JOHOR BARU: “Keep persevering for the good of the party and don’t give up.” Those were the last words of advice that the late business tycoon Tan Sri Low Nam Hui gave to MCA, urging the party to continue its cause and do what is right for the community.

MCA deputy president Datuk Dr Wee Ka Siong said the tycoon told him that when they met at the Federation of Hakka Associations of Malaysia annual general meeting dinner on Aug 31 last year.
