JOHOR BARU: Amidst constant complaints about the rising prices of food, some traders have actually decided to make their customers happy by not just keeping their pri­ces low but giving them discounts, too.

The chicken rice shops in Jalan Perkasa in Taman Ungku Tun Aminah (TUTA) have reduced their prices to RM2 per plate while ano­ther seller in Taman Tampoi Utama has been charging only 50 sen for each roti canai for the past 20 years.
