KUALA LUMPUR: A little-known branch leader has found himself accused of being part of a conspiracy to topple PAS president Datuk Seri Abdul Hadi Awang.
Mazhar Yusof, who is information chief of the Tambak Bunga branch in Alor Setar, said the WhatsApp group used in an alleged plan to unseat the president was merely a discussion group. He said he had taken part by giving his views.
