KUALA LUMPUR: Yang di-Pertuan Agong Tuanku Abdul Halim Muadzam Shah has praised the rakyat for rallying around their fellow Malaysians who were badly affected by the massive floods.

“I am sad over the misfortune that befell my subjects. However, I also believe, from each disaster that happens, there are hidden blessings as well,” he said.
