Floods: Settlements in northern Sarawak inaccessible

MIRI: As many as 10 settlements in various parts of the middle basin of Ulu Baram in northern Sarawak have been cut off from the rest off the state as floodwaters continue to rise.

Parts of the Mulu National Park as well as Long Panai, Long Tungan, Long Iman, Long Beluan, Long Bemang, Long Luak, Long Semiang, Pakan, Long Ukit and Kuala Tutoh were inundated as of Monday afternoon.
