KUCHING: A dozen schools in flood-hit Sarawak have been closed, the state Education Department confirmed Monday.
Welfare, Women and Family Development Minister Datuk Fatimah Abdullah told The Star the affected schools were either flooded, closed due to submerged roads, or being used as evacuation centres.
