MH370: Govt to apply to strike out suit by passenger’s sons


KUALA LUMPUR: The Government will file an application to strike out a suit by two children of a passenger on board Malaysia Airlines (MAS) flight MH370 over the disappearance of the aircraft on March 8, last year.

Senior Federal Counsel Kamal Azira Hassan  said that he had informed High Court judge Justice Rosnaini Saub in chambers on Friday of the Government’s intentions.
