PUTRAJAYA: Blogger Amizudin Ahmat will be spending three months in jail for contempt of court over 11 articles in his blog against Tan Sri Dr Rais Yatim, a special adviser (socio-cultural) to the Government.
He failed to obtain leave from the Federal Court yesterday to appeal against a court decision that had found him to be in contempt for publishing defamatory articles on Dr Rais despite a court order not to do so.
