PETALING JAYA: Refusal to use the cab meter is the most common complaint related to land public transport, said the Land Public Transport Commission (SPAD).

“We have a lot of taxis in Malaysia, so it is natural we receive the most complaints about them,” said SPAD’s customer services head Zachary Ismail.
