G25 and PM’s Office hold discussions


PETALING JAYA: Representatives of the Group of 25 prominent Malays and the Prime Minister’s Office have held discussions to prepare for a meeting with Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak.

Datuk Othman Mustapha, the director-general of Jakim (the Ma­­lay­­sian Islamic Development Depart­­ment), was also present at the meeting last night, which had been agreed to as far back as Dec 22 last year, between G25 representative Datuk Noor Farida Ariffin and the Prime Minister’s political secretary, Datuk Jailani Ngah.
