KUALA LUMPUR: PAS has admitted that the Kelantan government was inadequately prepared in facing the recent massive floods although the state experienced floods every year.
PAS secretary-general Datuk Mustafa Ali said there were still weaknesses in preparing for floods, especially in the case of the most recent ones.
