50,000 volunteer for clean-up duties


PETALING JAYA: Some 50,000 students and staff from local tertiary institutions will volunteer in a mass clean-up of flood-hit schools and homes.

Led by the Education Ministry, the relief operation started yesterday, and will be carried out in stages.
