IPOH: Police have recorded statements from a DAP leader and two other staff members who witnessed the alleged tearing down of a Christmas and New Year banner by Perkasa members at the Perak DAP headquarters here.
However, Tebing Tinggi assemblyman Ong Boon Piow claimed it was not so smooth sailing for him to have his statement over the incident recorded on Tuesday.
