The stranded tourists leaving the helicopter after arriving in Jerantut

It is learnt that 54 of them had already been airlifted to Jerantut by Fire and Rescue Department and Air Force helicopters as at 1pm Thursday from the relief centre at SM Jubli Perak Sultan Haji Ahmad Shah in Kuala Tahan.

The tourists arrived in batches at Padang Saujana in Jerantut before being transported to Kuala Lumpur by their travel agents using vans and buses.
