BALIK PULAU: Noridah Mohd Nor still has the chills when she hears the word tsunami or if she goes near the beach even though the disaster happened 10 years ago. The day after Christmas in 2004 saw the 54-year-old mother losing her six-month pregnant daughter Idawati Shahimi, 24, to the tsunami.
Noridah spoke of her experience during the “Tsunami Revisited — 10 Years On” event yesterday.
