KUALA LUMPUR: Pahang Mentri Besar Datuk Seri Adnan Yaakob is suing Utusan Melayu (M) Bhd for defaming him by allegedly implying that he is a malingerer.
Adnan’s suit has been fixed for case management on Jan 6 before High Court judge Justice Yeoh Wee Siam, according to court papers sighted by the media on Thursday from his solicitor's firm - Americk Sidhu (Advocates & Solicitors).
