SUNGAI PETANI: The three men who were arrested over the wrongful confinement of 46 illegal immigrants from Bangladesh and Myanmar in Taman Sejati Indah here have been put under remand.
Kuala Muda OCPD Asst Comm Khalil Arifin said the trio – a Malaysian and two Bangladeshis – would be remanded until tomorrow pending investigation into the case.
