PETALING JAYA: A man, described as an “animal” by the authorities, has been arrested for allegedly raping his 12-year-old stepdaughter twice a week for nearly a year.
The 34-year-old unemployed man, who was arrested at 4am on Friday, confessed to the crime that took place at their home in Kampung Cheras Baru.
