Nur Jazlan: I’m not joining PKR, my heart is with Umno

JOHOR BARU: Pulai MP and Umno division chief Datuk Nur Jazlan Mohamed (pic) has denied allegations by several blogs that he would join PKR and be given the vice-president post.

The Public Accounts Committee (PAC) chairman stressed that his support was with Umno and Barisan Nasional although he was not shy about criticising the party leadership.

"I am the son to one of the leaders who had contributed a lot to Umno's achievements, so it is certain that my heart is with the party. And I will not leave it to join the Opposition," he said at a press conference after attending an event here on Sunday.
