PEKAN: The Pekan agropolitan project is a holistic approach by the Government to improve the standard of living of the people here, especially the Orang Asli community, said Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak.

The Prime Minister said the project in Runchang near here, which he launched in 2009, was the first site established in the East Coast Economic Region (ECER).
