KUALA LUMPUR: The Registrar of Societies’ (ROS) order to the MIC to hold fresh elections for its vice-presidents’ post and central working committee (CWC) seats has been described as a “sad and black day” for the party.
MIC deputy president Datuk Seri Dr S. Subramaniam said such a situation had never occurred since the party’s formation in 1946.
