SHANGHAI: Malaysia wants to learn from Shanghai on how it churns out high-performing students to top the list of the Programme for International Student Assessment (Pisa).
“We want to learn how they succeed. We will look into (their) entire learning and teaching system,” Deputy Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin, who is also the Education Minister, said.
