PETALING JAYA: Political will is required for bold steps to curb the illegal immigrant problem in Sabah, according to the report of the Royal Commission of Inquiry (RCI) on immigrants in Sabah.
In its two-page postscript in the report released Wednesday, the commission said many perceived it as the "be-all and end-all" to the illegal immigrants problem plaguing Sabah.
