KUALA LUMPUR: Incidences involving illegal cigarettes have dropped by a sharp 6.6 percentage points, the largest decline in the past two decades.
In the latest Illicit Cigarette Study carried out by Nielsen between June and August this year, incidences involving contraband cigarettes declined from the record high of 38.9% reported at the end of 2013 to 32.3%.
