KUALA LUMPUR: Port Klang Authority (PKA) is expected to withdraw its RM324mil suit against Port Klang Free Zone (PKFZ) turnkey developer Kuala Dimensi Sdn Bhd (KDSB) over the purchase of 404.4ha of land.
Sources said that the civil dispute was expected to be withdrawn at the Shah Alam High Court on Dec 2.
