KUALA LUMPUR: A 16-year-old student, who is of Malaysian-Filipino parentage, will finally obtain his citizenship and MyKad after four years of waiting.
This followed the High Court’s decision, which ordered the National Registration Department (NRD) to issue citizenship and MyKad to M. Navin within 30 days, beginning Tuesday.
