SEREMBAN: A contractor who raped his 16-year-old stepdaughter while his wife was out working has been sentenced to 20 years jail.
The 28-year-old man, who told the Sessions Court here that he was remorseful over what he did, was also ordered to be whipped 20 times for raping the girl on two occasions last year.
