PORT DICKSON: Despite 20 years of organising campaigns to promote good hygiene, almost half of the country's 2,600 public toilets are still filthy with a Cabinet minister calling them a “nightmare”.
“Our toilets are dirty, disgusting and mostly unsafe to use,” said Datuk Abdul Rahman Dahlan.
