SHAH ALAM: A group managing director won almost RM2mil from a Construction Court here in a breach of agreement suit over alleged defects in his bungalow.
Judge See Mee Chun awarded the sum on Friday to property and construction company Portland Arena Sdn Bhd, the buyer of the RM4.9mil bungalow in Bukit Jelutong.
