Ridwan Rahmat, 32, allegedly threatened and caused fear in Chin Saw Thon, 67, during an encounter along Jalan Persiaran Tujuan, Subang Perdana (Goodyear Court 5), Subang Jaya, here at 2.30pm on Nov 15.
On the second charge, he is accused of committing mischief by hitting the bonnet and windscreen of the Chin's Mercedes Benz with a steering lock, at the same place, time and date.
