BEIJING: A Chinese enterprise has signed a contract with Pandawa Sakti Sdn Bhd to construct a wood pulp mill in Sipatang, Sabah.
Pandawa Sakti managing director Lim Sue Beng said the investment from China CEC Engineering Corporation was worth US$2.66bil (RM8.9bil) and targets an annual output of one million metric tonnes of wood pulp.
