PUTRAJAYA: The Court of Appeal here struck out Pakatan Rakyat's bid to declare the outcome of all 222 parliamentary seats in last year's 13th general election invalid.
The panel ruled in a 2-1 majority to uphold the High Court's decision that allowed the Election Commission's (EC) application to strike out the suit.
