KUALA LUMPUR: The Federal Court will determine whether sedition charges brought against law lecturer Azmi Sharom are constitutional.
The High Court yesterday transferred Azmi’s challenge against his sedition charges to the Federal Court, with Justice Kamardin Hashim referring two questions to the apex court.
