Rizalman’s transfer proof of good relations between Malaysia, New Zealand

KUALA LUMPUR: The transfer of second warrant officer Muhammad Rizalman Ismail from Malaysia to New Zealand is proof of the good relations between the two countries, said deputy Foreign Minister Datuk Hamzah Zainuddin.

Rizalman, 38, was sent to Wellington on Oct 24 to face charges of burglary and assault with intent to rape.
