KOTA KINABALU: A memorandum on the various problems faced by traders in Sabah will be handed to the Cabinet in a bid to help their business grow.
Traders in Sabah had been complaining about the cabotage policy, which they claimed was contributing to an increase in production cost here, said Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department Datuk Dr Wee Ka Siong.
