PUTRAJAYA: Malaysia’s public delivery system has improved significantly in recent years as the country continues to be a world-class public service provider, Chief Secretary to the Government Tan Sri Dr Ali Hamsa said.
Although the public sector was delivering services to the people according to their expectations and increasing demand, he said the Government acknowledged that there was room for improvement.
