KOTA KINABALU: A study on how to create a “youth city” will start next year, says Datuk Abdul Rahman Dahlan.
The Urban Wellbeing, Housing and Local Government Minister said an allocation had been set aside to conduct the research to identify the location and size of the city, as well as its facilities.
