KUALA LUMPUR: PAS was giving false assurances that they were ready to replace the Criminal Procedure Code with hudud, said MCA Religious Harmony Bureau chairman Datuk Ti Lian Ker.
He said the execution of PAS’ hudud, which was a higher level of the law, would require a clear understanding of the jurisprudential values of hudud.
