JOHOR BARU: MIC will leave it to the Registrar of Societies (RoS) to decide on whether it needs to hold fresh polls following allegations of irregularities at the party’s election in November last year.
Deputy president Datuk Seri Dr S. Subramaniam said the RoS was currently investigating the claims.
